HQAC (haute qualtié artistique et culturelle) is an approach for integration of art in urban transformations and a method among propaganda and activism, put forward by Trans305 as a prototype. The project seeks to create a common ground in which citizens, artists, local developers and the municipality can work together.
The residents have been involved to talk about their neighbourhood renovation. In 2012 a construction workshop was set up, involving also children, students and citizens to create a real scale maquettes of temporary houses activating an open public space. The three week workshop have been an open construction site with public discussions and debates.
